Staff Appreciation Interview: $chix0rFor Staff Appreciation Day (Oct. 16th) I've done a serious of Interviews that will be posted through-out the week. I hope you all enjoy!Staff Appreciation Interview: $chix0r by breaking-reality
Interview with fourteenthstar.
1. How did you come up with your deviantART nickname?
chix0r came from my days of hanging on IRC, which at that time was very much a male dominated environment. It was unusual for a female to have an interest in any sort of geek related thing, and when I became an ircop on a large network one of the guys there used to call me that all the time. I wanted the name Angelic, because well.. obviously I am! But that was taken, and chix0r wasn't.
2. What is your role on deviantART and what do you enjoy most about it?
I'm lucky to have 2 roles on deviantART, both of which I love. My main role is to manage the day to day running of the Prints Team. This means I work alongside fangedfem, Thunderstatement and godofodd to provide a high standard of customer service, quality

Now Playing: deviantART Film!deviantART Proudly Announces... deviantART FilmNow Playing: deviantART Film! by lolly

When someone asks you to go see a movie on the weekend you think, “Oh cool, that’ll be fun,” but if someone asks you to go to a film festival the feeling you get is entirely different. It feels like an investment of your time, one for which you want to plan accordingly and enjoy thoroughly.
And this is exactly what we are bringing you with deviantART Film. An experience meant to be enjoyed from the moment you hit watch to the very end of the film be

|Hello! My name is Alicia and I am a professional photographer and retoucher in the Washington, D.C. area. I have a BFA in Photography and run my own Photography and Design business. While I love photography and plan to do it the rest of my life, I will be attending law school in the Fall of 2015. Some might find that strange, but I plan on representing artists like myself who feel their rights are worth fighting for by a person who is as passionate about art as they are.|
